As with any science lab activity, your personal safety and the safety of your class mates and instructors is of paramount importance.  It is each student's responsibility to know, understand and abide by every and all laboratory safety procedure and regulation.

In preparation for this semester's Biology Laboratory course you are required to do five things:

 1). Read, discuss and understand the official Lab Safety Protocol located - HERE

 2). View a brief interactive presentation on lab safety.  The link to presentation is located at the bottom of the Safety  Protocol document.

 3). Take and pass the ten question safety quiz which may be accessed at the end of the presentation.

 4). Fill out and keep THIS form for your records. 

 5). Fill out and return THIS form for my records.
